What I liked

A relative of mine in extreem pain finally gets his date for a well overdue hip replacement. He goes in at his due date at 7am in the morning to find his operation has been cancelled. Ok it happens, but he had rung up twice the day before to confirm the operation was going ahead. They say a letter had been sent out, a letter that he received through the post after setting off to the hospital. Its about time that the departments got their heads out of the sand and worked together. He now has to wait another painfull 3 weeks (unless its canceled again) before his next given date
