"The sincere and empathetic staff!"

I used to be in a different surgery for 15 years in Tufnell Park, never did receive the sincerity and empathetic feel I get from my now surgery staff members. From my GP, the last year of being treated by them has changed my well being and living. I cannot be more greatful to be their patient. In fact I believe I have been seen by all the doctors at this surgery, and all have treated me very very well. Their office space and patient one on one appointments give a great sense of care, and is noticeable whenever I visit.

Finally the receptionists, the individiuals who work at this desk I have seen personally from the moment they clock in their empathy to everyone already waiting in the morning to be seen is incredible. Phones ringing constantly and with so many patients and files to deal with, still they manage to be sincere in their work with individuals. Especially one member of staff, under immense pressure this person is still always able to listen, or call me to ensure I get an appointment to be seen by my GP. I don't know how they manage at the same time to give so much of their time towards helping the patients and the surgery improve. I'm very impressed with the overall, and so happy to be finally in a GP surgery who I feel truly cares so much about the patient.
