"Called for urgent help, in tears, told to wait..."

I cant understand the use of a drug addiction service who wont see quitters for 3 weeks. Its just madness. By then i will probably have relapsed, but it is now i have the willpower and need the help!

You should have received either a triage by phone immediately (county ) or face to face assessment (city) while waiting to be seen for treatment.
