After calling 111, advised to go to ED. Checked in and was seen within 30 minutes then referred to medocc. Never knew what this was and when checked in told its a sit and wait. We did wait for a couple of hours or best part of and got to see a Doctor.
The Doctor was so lovely and diddnt rush antthing. She listened and helped and gave us a print out of symptoms and what to do about the situation.
All in what the NHS has been subject to and the cuts its had, you will wait for a few hours, but the kindness and professionalism of the Doctors is still second to none.you are amazing.
