"caring and considerate but at times overstretched"

I have been with this surgery on and off since birth and even though I live out of area have managed to stay with the surgery.

generally I find the service absolutely brilliant. the reception staff are really personable and caring but they are admittedly overstretched, although this is endemic throughout the nhs sadly. the main issue is getting through during call times from 8am, but the staff always try to be accommodating when you do eventually get through. I do think some kind of queuing system for the phones would be helpful, even if only so you know how many people are in front of you and an approx wait time.

i find the practitioners really good generally. I had a minor complaint about some treatment and this was taken seriously by the practice manager and I was seen by the doctor following and everything was managed really well. The doctors are really trying in the face of truly difficult circumstances. thanks for all the help over the years!
