"Never hear anything back"

About: Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

I've had two referrals to the ED service now. The first saw my questionnaire getting 'lost in the post'. The second I haven't heard anything back from. The second referral was made in late October. I've also had assessments for suicidal thoughts (I was seriously scared of myself at this point). Both of which I was told by the CMHT that they couldn't help me. No help from outside services was even put in place. I'm really surprised I'm still here tbh. It's disgusting that it takes an attempt on one's life in order to get help.
