"Multiple appointments"

About: Northern General Hospital / Cardiology

I was booked into 3 separate appointments on the 15/1/2018 and the staff in Chesterman especially one particular member of staff, who made sure that everything went smoothly to attend all 3 appointments which meant going to a different part of the hospital for my breathing test which meant my pre op over ran by about an hour but no one rushed us or made us feel in the least bit uncomfortable having probably messed their whole clinics up bless them they even made me and my 75 year old mum a cup tea the only one we had time to have all day we were both so grateful people are so quick to complain about the NHS but yesterday brought it home to both me and my mum how lucky we are in sheffield especially to have such wonderful caring staff they are amazing thank you so much to you all for yesterday and making it as stress free as possible
