About: Westfield Medical Centre

I have been a patient with Westfield for many years and have been happy with my treatment by the Doctors and Nurses. I also find all receptionists very easy to talk to and usually able to book an appointment within a reasonable time frame.

Having recently had to call for a telephone consultation on a few occasions, I have had the call back quite quickly and on 1 of the occasions was told the Doctor did need to see me.The appointment was for the same day too.On the other occasions the Doctor did say they would be happy to see me , and that if my symptoms got any worse to call them back straight away.

They have always discussed with me what my options were available to me for each particular illness , and I am always involved in what my course of treatment would be.

I am totally happy with the GPs and Medical Practice itself , a very happy patient indeed

Thank you very much for the positive feedback, it is appreciated and I will pass it on the wider team. Your comment sums up exactly the sort of service we like to provide, despite the pressure that is in the NHS at this time. We try to make sure everyone gets the care that they need at the right time and we provide good care that involves the patient.
