I had an appointment today with the ENT team at Peterborough City Hospital. I was pleasantly surprised by the promptness of my appointment and was seen within 1 minute of my appointment time. The reception staff were friendly and polite, as were the nursing staff. The consultant was brilliant, taking time to explain about my condition. My whole visit was less than 30 minutes and I left with a great impression of the ENT team.
