I had a second cardiac ablation procedure which has been an amazing success and turned my life around. All of the staff were amazing and explained everything well, they were kind and helpful, and I would like to say a big thank you. Yes, I had a long wait but understand services are very stretched.
Everyone across the hospital was helpful and I really wish some people would stop complaining about the NHS which is so valuable. My only hope is funding is increased as sadly government seem to have no clue as to the pressures you all work on. On the first ward I was admitted to staff all went of past their home time whilst patients were transferred to overnight beds and I truly hope that they are reimbursed for that?
Again thank you, cannot fault anything and wish a pay rise for front line staff and an increase in staffing levels.
"All of the staff were amazing"
