Was referred to the Plastic Surgery Department for an operation and 24hrs later I was called to advise there was a cancellation on the coming Saturday which I kindly agreed to. Every member of staff I spoke to was informative and supporting, things were explained in advance and I was reassured the moment I looked at ease be it before, during and after surgery. Couldn't be happier, they all did great work, left me with a completely unnoticeable scar and with it being facial surgery I was hesitant but my surgeon did fantastic work.
