"dissapointed and neglected"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham

What I liked

Upon arrival after being forced out of my own area, I was treat well and given a bed which I so needed. I was woken at 6am by the CATS Team who had paperwork from Newcastle which I also had copies of however some of the statements were completly untrue and had parts missing. I had requested this, information about myself and I did not get what I wanted, the fact that complete strangers to me also got this info without parts blanked out is disturbing especially when the information is not factual.

I was asked to leave at 6am feeling neglected and.very disturbed.

Later that day I was rathrr upset and ended up being sectioned undwr 136 of the mental heth act and detained until I was released 6hrs later.

Went back to A & E as I had no medication, after waiting 6 hrs I was nformed the department could not access my records so they refused to give me any medication then asked me to leave at 23:00 hrs with no where to go.

i returned freeziing cold at 4:00am asking if I could keep warm but staff were reluctant and let me wair a few hours then asked me to leave which I was dissapointed, about but what can you do.

I have since requested information and have not received any

What could be improved

Giving me the medication I needed and to be made to feel welcome

No access tio my records its the National Health Service not a local service so was i told the truth

Anything else?

Said i had not been sextioned when I had.
