About: Pinderfields General Hospital / Accident and emergency

I had to bring my husband in with severe chest pains, the nursing staff were brilliant, very caring and understanding. We were kept up to date with what was happening. The only problem was the waiting time we had a lot of back and forth to the waiting area, however I do understand that you extremely busy. Overall excellent care, amazing doctors and nurses. In my experience so much more efficient than Leeds also more friendly and so much cleaner that Leeds. Faultless Pinderfields.

I am pleased to read that you and your husband both had a positive experience when you came into A&E.

Staff strive to provide a high standard of care and it is clear from your feedback, that this was your experience.

I understand how frustrating it must have been for you regarding the length of time you had to wait and am sorry for that but having staff keep you up to date will, hopefully, have eased any anxieties or worries you may have had during your wait.

I will pass on your lovely comments to the staff as receiving feedback is really important for them.
