"The worst place ever."

I’m an 18 year old boy and had a fall and was in pain. And I was told to wait if 2 to 3 hours which was fine to me on the other had I see a person who brought his baby down for an appointment as the baby was unwell. The person forgot to arrive them self so the doctor or the nurse DNA the patient. When the person found out that his daughter was DNA he wasn’t happy as English wasn’t his first language the receptionist wasn’t helping him much and was getting rude to the person. The point I’m trying to make here is that you (surgery) have patients from different cultures and it’s your duty to help the patients some patients struggle with forms and you guys just hand the form and say complete the form and bring it back. And coming back to the child you guys should priorities under 11’s which I think will improve your service. Honestly the worst care from the administration staff.
