"Premature twins"

About: Beeston North with Leyton Abbey Children's Centre Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Maternity care Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Paediatrics

(as a service user),

I had premature twins. We left hospital after 3 months nearly in the neonatal unit we had such fantastic help in there and since we have left we have been visiting little senses in Beeston the support has been invaluable. The help especially Tracey has supported us with advice and help that we have been unable to get elsewhere as our journey has been unique to most normally births and journeys sometimes it is difficult to get the help we need whereas coming to this group there are many people that have been through a similar journey. Also leaving the hospital can be scary as you are on your own and this is a good connection.

Dear Mumoftwins,

Thank you for posting your comments on this forum, your feedback is appreciated and helps other parents to hear about our services.

Congratulations on the birth of your twins and that everthing is going well for you. The staff at the Children's Centre work hard to ensure that we are able to support families during a time of need and it is great to hear that Tracey was there for you and provided you with the support you needed.

Little Senses helps to support all families who have had a similar experience to yourself and we hope that the new parents you meet at the group become a great support network.

Thank you for your feedback

Tina.

Very many congratulations on the birth of your twins. We’re really pleased to hear that you received such excellent care on our Neonatal Unit. I’ve shared your comments with the team, who send their appreciation.

Kind regards,

Cheryl Griffiths, Ward Manager, Neonatal unit
