"Excellent care on ward 25"

My son was recently admitted to ward 25 through children’s A&E and I cannot thank all of the staff enough for the treatment they gave him. All staff were excellent and took every care with his treatment. The facilities on the ward were great and kept our 3 yr old entertained during his admission. The doctors were thorough and listened to our opinion, the nursing staff were always there if needed, were excellent with our child and very caring towards us all. We were kept informed of what was happening with our child’s care throughout and everything was explained thoroughly. The ward was very clean and bright and cheerful. All of the staff were friendly, interacted well with our child and us and really couldn’t have been more helpful. Our son was sad to say goodbye to them. I would wholeheartedly recommend the children’s A&E department and especially ward 25 to my friends and family without hesitation. They really made a worrying situation much easier.
