"New patient, all good so far!"

I just moved to the area and was unsure which surgery to go to because all the reviews locally were pretty bad. I decided I would just go to the closest surgery because the poor reviews were similar across the board. So far, I’ve experienced none of the issues reported, in fact some of the complaints if you apply common sense are void anyway.

Staff in reception are polite and friendly each time I go, I’ve been three times now and not faced a rude receptionist at all despite the other reviews here stating to the contrary. Getting appointments was easy enough by phone and through online access. I also understsnd same day appointments are available if needed also, but not tried this as hasn’t been required.

The nurse and doctor were very friendly and quality of service high, I would suggest the rating on this site is a poor reflection of the actual service given which I haven’t found to be worthy of the low score.
