About: King's Mill Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

I lost a hearing aid over Christmas and rang Audiology on the morning of 2 Jan. They gave me an appointment the same day. On arrival I mentioned to the technician that I had had a sudden loss of hearing in my other ear. She immediately referred me to the consultant where I was examined, had a hearing and pressure test and was given a diagnosis and medication all within the space of 90 minutes! That has to be superb service from an overstretched team and I am extremely grateful to them in their efforts to resolve my problem.
