"Hospital Comment"

What I liked

The Consultant was 1st class & all his medical team. Dedicated nursing staff, These guys have the patience of Saints. Everyone involved from the beginning of your treatment to the end. This is a really relaxing & welcoming place. You could almost forget that you are in hospital. All the various departments really put you at ease. I was very nervous when i went in for my Total Hip Replacement - almost 2 weeks ago - but the care & dedication that you get from reception staff right through to when they are just about to knock you out is fantastic. Everyone is so caring & understanding, they make sure that you are cared for & are painfree. This was my second stay, as i had a Birmingham Hip Resurface done in Jan09 and the care i received was just as good then as it was 2 weeks ago. For anyone reading this that is due to go in for treatment soon, be assured that you will be in trusted hands & your stay will be a smooth & pleasant journey.

What could be improved

Nothing at all in terms of cleanliness, food, care etc.

Anything else?

Just that i think that all the staff are fantastic.
