I found that compared to the queen Elizabeth hospital where my husband had both his knee replacements inn october 2008 ,Sunderland Royal needs a thorough clean .

What could be improved

Give domestic staff more time to do their work and not have certain amounts of time to tdo their tasks.

Anything else?

I am to come in myself for surgery in january for a knee replacement,and to be honest i was dissapointed thatI was not given a choice.
