"Appointments."

About: Dr M Aslam's Practice

November 2017 I was sent for bowel cancer screening due to issues with bowel movements. Since then I have been unable to get an appointment to see a doctor and my doctor has made no effort to see me to discuss the results from the consultant so I am left managing my own symptoms. My wife is always told appointments are unavailable unless you call at 8am and you may be seen that day. As I work in London. I need an appointment date and time set that I can tell me employer I'm going to and with enough time to commute out of London.

Today my wife tried to get an appointment for herself after struggling with a cough and sickness for some weeks to be told nothing this week.

How can it be there are never any appointments? If you do call at 8am you can't get through so the receptionist tells you to come and queue. Not easy to do when you work in London or your wife has the kids to get to school.

We will be moving to a new surgery asap.

I mark this as seeing the GP in November 2016 as this was the last time I was able to see a doctor.
