"Customer service needs to be improved"

The service here is terrible. My fiancé has been sick for two days and couldn’t get through to make an appointment yesterday after trying for an hour and a half. Went in person at 8am to try and was turned away by the receptionist and told to call them....this is unacceptable patient care!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your valuable feedback. I do apologise for this experience you have had.

Unfortunately we have been experiencing issues with our telephone system. We have BT looking into the problem and will be back to normal as soon as possible.

I apologise that you did not find the reception staff helpful and I will be discussing this with them in our next practice meeting.
