"Uncontactable"

My own treatment in this hospital in November left a great deal to be desired, in fact lack of proper management of my knee replacement put me back in hospital - HRI thank goodness - for six days just a week after I was discharged from CRH.

Then tonight, a very troubled friend phoned me to say her husband had been taken by ambulance to CRH early this evening, was given the phone number to find out how he is, and could get no answer after ringing several times.

This is disgraceful. And this is the hospital they want to keep open after closing down HRI!
