"Disgusting experieence."

About: Dr Sp Singh and Partners

I had an appointment which involved an examination. Firstly I was spoken to like I was a criminal, I was asked why I had not been before for the examination. I was then questioned on another matter, then patronised like I was a child.

Then the examination was attempted without success. So another healthcare professional was brought in to do the exam. Unfortunately again I was interrogated as to why I had not been before, then patronised yet again on the other matter. I left the surgery feeling violated and dirty. For health professionals to feel it's there right to poke there nose into matters that don't concern them is disgraceful. They should concentrate on the job at hand and stop prying into people's private lives.

Thank you for taking the time to add a review for Dr Singh & Partners. We are extremely sorry and concerned to hear you felt your experience was disgusting and felt patronised by the healthcare professionals you saw.

Obviously healthcare professionals need to ask certain questions to provide the appropriate level of care and service for a patient, however if you wish to have this matter investigated fully could you please contact the surgery and make an appointment to see the Practice Manager.
