"Blood results"

Further to my comments in my previous complaint below - it has now been 3 weeks since I had bloods taken and I have not received a call from the surgery with any results. I have tried on numerous occasions, however the receptionist (one in particular) refuses to provide any results unless you call within certain time slots. Whenever I try to call during these times the line is constantly engaged. I have been told that if there is anything wrong with my blood results I will NOT be notified by a call or letter. I suffer with an Interstitial lung disease, auto immune disease and pulmonary hypertension - lets all just hope that this 'computer say no' approach does not land me in hospital.
