Trying to change an appointment has proved impossible.
If we don't turn up it will be your fault for providing such a useless service to patients.
I've tried for days to speak to someone in ophthalomogy but get cut off after holding on for 15 mins or so.
Your website is no help at all and I find I go round in circles and end up on the same page that offers no way of emailing the hospital.
Ideally it would be good if someone could call me back but I've no confidence this will happen.
Why cant someone there answer their phones!
