The quality of the medical and nursing care was good.
The main problem is an administrative one. Patients are asked to attend early - in my case 12:30, as were a number of other patients, but surgery did not start until 2pm.
Since there were about 10-12 patients to see I did not get in for surgery until 5pm and there were other patients after me. There has to be a better way of dealing with this.
It might be good for car parking revenue for the hospital but is poor patient care - especially since many of the patients were elderly.
