"Fantastic team in A&E"

About: Ealing Hospital / Accident and emergency

I am thankful to the teams in A&E for the excellent care I have received in December and a repeat visits in January. I have had a serious condition and am finally recovering after being admitted. The prompt investigation and care in A&E and the AMU units diagnosed my condition.

I initially went in Christmas Day and again this week - the staff are meticulous and nurses absolutely brilliant.

The toilets in the wards are super clean for patients too. Most impressive in A&E and AMU units is the dedication of the staff and their effort to be cheerful with patients & also treating them with dignity. An excellent hospital.

Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know how well you were treated during your recent visits to the A&E department at Ealing Hospital.

Whilst very sorry to hear that you were unwell and required A&E treatment, it was very pleasing to hear that on both occasions you found the staff to be so attentive and the facilities equally as good.

I will ensure that your kind words are shared with the A&E team as it is always nice to hear how their efforts have been appreciated. I hope that you are now recovering well and thank you once again for letting us know of your positive experience.
