"A&E"

About: Pilgrim Hospital

I was taken in to a&e after an overdose and the staff were amazing, at no point did I feel judged and the staff offered me and my family loads of support. I spent the night in AMU and then the following day on AEC where the staff were equally amazing. A lady in AEC really comforted me when I was scared and I'm extremely grateful for everything the staff at Pilgrim did.

I’m very glad you had such a positive experience on AMU.

I will ensure this is fed back to the staff- your kind comments are fully appreciated by us all.

Kind regards,

Holly Carter
