"Kent Ward is the tops"

Last summer I was admitted to Kent Ward with a blood clot in my artery.

It was a rocky road getting there from QEQM, I still fail to understand why arterial patients can't be admitted straight to KCH via the MIU open 24/7. However, all the medical, nursing

Physio, Pharmacy and ancillary staff, without exception, showed exceptional kindness and thoughtfulness, were truthful in their ability to manage my problem. I had nothing but praise for them all. I was given emergency treatment on arrival, something that was lacking in QEQM A&E.. Kent Ward made me feel welcome, not a time waster and I am sure that such positive care got me up and running much quicker.

I feel great love and admiration still for the staff. I will never forget them and cannot thank them enough.
