Received consultation notice of appointment quite quickly. On the day the appointment was exactly on time. Blood tests taken on the same day and referrals made to carry out a Colonoscopy and a Gastroscopy. Went to the bookings department and appointment made to carry out both procedures within 48 hours.
Everyone was very kind and helpful.
Now that is impressive.
