About: Southport & Formby District General Hospital / Accident and emergency

Just would like to thank the nurses who looked after me for their care and compassion and dignity I received and respect. Everything was explained to me what they were doing and the male doctor I seen was excellent really very polite he explained everything to me I am getting better thank you to all your team lovely staff hard working.
