Failure to attend appointments costs NHS MILLIONS. The fact you cannot get through on the phone to advise them of a cancellation probably makes up most of that. Absolute rubbish service, is it the technology the NHS are using or staff attitude that creates this situation. My phone battery finally gave up after three hours. More fool me for trying to play my part in informing them.
