About: Ilkeston Community Hospital

I came for my appointment at 3pm on the 12/01/18 was checked in at reception, after sitting for an hour no one had come to see me. After going back to reception I was told the surgery had been cancelled. The staff were rude and unhelpful and I explained that I had a call from the hospital at 2:34 but wasn’t able to answer the call in the time but this wasn’t looked in to further now I have to wait another 3 weeks to get an appointment. Apauling service and a waste of my time. Surely one the reception team would of know the surgery had been cancelled upon my arrival.
