on two occasions, a call back request, which was "logged" was not in fact recorded.
Waiting all day for a call back today on behalf of my sister who is asthmatic with a chest infection.
It turns out that the call back wasn't recorded and currently number 8 in the queue at 16.54 and the surgery closes in an hour.
