"Out patients Lincoln"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Ambulatory care

(as a service user),

I arrived asked for the department people could not be more helpful (poor signage).

Arrived was booked in receptionist was busy on the phone , a nurse came past saw me waiting and jumped straight in to help book me in.  Then I was shown to waiting area the coffee/tea machine was explained to me and when it did not work a member of staff just appeared took over and got it working didn't have to ask or look for help it was there .  All staff were polite and helpful couldn't do enough and they were the same to other patients that were there .  I was collected and taken to consultation which again was very polite and professional my vunerability and due care were at the fore front of the consultation
