"Ear Nose Throat appointment - ENT Department"

Popped in to ENT department 21/12/17 for throat issues - unexpectedly had a camera put in my nose and down my throat, not comfortable and a little worrying but the consultant was very helpful, approachable and reassuring throughout the appointment ,more than happy to explain absolutely everything with no rush

I left feeling reassured, relieved and happy with plenty of information and all questions answered - thank you very much!
