Visited the minor injuries unit today with my 21 month old toddler with a suspected fracture. Superb service from start to finish. Was greeted at the reception by a very friendly lady who took all details. Was then seen and given a very comprehensive consultation with the practitioner, Sent for an X-ray where they were great with my little boy and then back to the practioner to get it plastered up. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and professional I felt extremely comfortable and am so grateful the service exists because it would have been much more traumatic having to try and get to Norwich.
