A simply wonderful service provided by all the staff in this department today . Courteous, understanding and friendly, witty but also extremely professional.
I really can’t praise them highly enough , and in the days of knocking the nhs , look at these people who simply couldn’t do enough to make an embarrassing procedure bearable
