This was a good surgery- when the previous Practice Manager was here and also the previous GP and Nurse.
Since the change over of staff, it has been really appalling and to be honest I am quite upset with the treatment my mother and father have been receiving.
My sister had an appointment for an Asthma review which she unfortunately missed. I rang back to rebook and was grilled by the Practice Nurse- 'why did she not come? 'you do realise she cant have any inhalers until she is seen'.
Ok so then she carries on and says 'il book you in next week'.
If my sister is having asthma problems now- she has to wait 1 week to get her inhalers. Wow. Just wow.
I work at a GP surgery so I understand how a surgery is supposed to be run. However the lack of empathy from clinical staff is appalling especially from the 2 new nurses.
The only good thing are the receptionist who have been there years. Its a shame I am having to re-register 6 members of my family else where.
"This used to be a good surgery- but has gone..."
