I have to attend quite a few hospitals due to managing a long term health condition and I have to say WITHOUT a doubt that every one of my experiences (over a number of years) has been positive, inclusive, compassionate, caring, highly professional and meaningful. In particular, the Plebotomists and Rheumatology Dept, who despite relentless demands and pressures ALWAYS present a cheery and welcoming attitude!!! I just wish all hospitals were like this!!
