I had a bad fall yesterday , which required an ambulance , the ambulance arrived within minutes of the call placed the 2 gents were lovely my trousers required being cut off and being female they were respectful of my dignity at all times, upon arrival at hospital i was seen promptly and whisked off to xray dept for multiple limb xrays , again the xray staff were outstanding and very gentle knowing how much pain i was in , back in A&E the staff made sure i was given pain relief and made comfortable and warm as my clothing was wet from having being laid on a wet road.

ALL staff involved in my care were absolutely amazing i can not praise them enough. Thank you all so very much.
