"Excellent Service at John Parkes Unit"

Attended unit for a biopsy procedure. Reception was polite and efficient. Very short waiting time before being called. The 2 nurses who carried out the procedure were extremely caring, understanding and very professional. The whole procedure was explained in detail and and was quick and painless. As I am somewhat nervous in these situations the 2 nurses put me at complete ease and I felt extremely safe in their hands. I cannot recommend this unit highly enough and hope this will put other future patients at ease, thank you all very much.
