"BAHA Department"

I recently had to visit the BAHA Department for firstly an emergency examination and then treatment/advice. I would like to say how grateful I was firstly with the rapid response -

I was seen the following day and was then given an appointment for further treatment and advice only 2 days later. The courtesy and friendliness shown by the staff right form the receptionist to all the nurses involved was exemplary and a huge credit to the department.

I would be grateful if you would pass on my thanks to all concerned.
