"Haematuria clinic"

I was a patient today in the haematuria clinic. The clinic, and investigations in all the departments were run like a well oiled machine. I was treated with respect and dignity and every process was explained in full. The great thing about the clinic is that all the investigations are carried out in the morning and you are given the results of the tests in the afternoon so there is no lengthy wait.
