About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / GP Out of Hours NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as the patient),

I called nhs24 doctor refused to come out and see me when I had a serious migraine (I am a chronic migraine suffer) and also when my chest was seriously tight I have asthma also the doctor expected me to walk 4 hours for an out of hours appointment.

Thanks for sharing your experience on Care Opinion. I am sorry to learn you suffer from migraine headaches and I appreciate that these can be extremely debilitating.

Your story has been tagged to NHS 24, however I note you reference that you called an NHS 24 doctor. It may be helpful to explain that the Out of Hours GP's are employed by the local Health Boards, not by NHS 24, therefore your story would require to be shared with your local Health Board so that they can respond. I have asked the Care Opinion Team to do this for you.
