(as the patient),

I arrived feeling nervous and apprehensive about the procedure to remove a lesion from my nose.    

Margaret and David could not have been kinder. I am so grateful to them for their understanding, they made such a difference. They worked quickly and efficiently and in no time, it seemed, the job was done.    

Thank you both very much, and I hope that your fingers, Margaret, feel better!
