I have just had day surgery to remove a kidney stone. From start to finish I received excellent care. The consultant was professional, caring and understanding. He explained exactly what was going to happen and answered all my questions. The staff in outpatients were excellent and allayed my fears. The day hospital staff were a great team despite clearly being under pressure. The anaesthetist was excellent. My follow up was smooth.

What more can I say - thank you all so much. The NHS at its best- forever may it continue!
