"Pathetic service"

I've been at surgery ever since I was born 40years ago this year and it use to be fantastic friendly staff ,easy appointments emergency appointments in afternoon but now its an absolute joke receptionists have been so unprofessional to myself and my family and need to get some training in customer service or find new career.When you make appointment and you turn up on day you get told you don't have an appointment and they say its for completely different day I no I'm old but certainly haven't lost my memory yet.I would seriously stay away from the surgery find another one with friendly staff and one that makes you feel at ease when you do go there
