"Mammogram and ultra sound"

2 visits to the Breast Clinic at the QE2. First after a referral from my doctor, and then returning 2 weeks later for the tests. Even with Christmas and New Year thrown in I was given my 1st appointment within 10 working days and had the tests a week later.

I was contacted both times over the phone about appointments by friendly & helpful staff as well as receiving a letter to confirm.

No problem getting a parking space and the clinic is well signposted and easy to find. All staff friendly and happy to answer questions and queries.

I was seen both times at the appointed time with no long waits and, after being told that they would like to take a biopsy, I was talked through the whole procedure before they went ahead with it. I was really put at ease and the whole experience was made a lot easier by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff there
